1. Purpose and Scope

NSideVoice is a platform that enables employees and job seekers to share workplace experiences and opinions related to manager behavior, employee treatment, and workplace culture. The platform is intended to support transparency, informed decision-making, and cultural improvement.

These Terms govern your access to and use of NSideVoice, including all content, features, and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using NSideVoice, you agree to:

  • These Terms of Service
  • The Privacy Policy
  • The Community Guidelines and any additional policies presented in the app

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. User-Generated Content and Responsibility

NSideVoice provides a platform for user-generated content. NSideVoice does not create, endorse, or verify the accuracy of user-submitted reviews or statements.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
  • Your submissions must reflect your personal experience and/or opinion.
  • You will not knowingly submit false or misleading statements.
  • You will not submit content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others.
"NSideVoice provides a platform for users to share personal workplace experiences and opinions. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit."

4. Opinion vs. Statement of Fact

NSideVoice is designed to encourage experience-based and opinion-based feedback rather than factual allegations of wrongdoing.

You agree to avoid presenting unverified accusations as facts. NSideVoice may guide review prompts toward experience-based questions (e.g., "How did your manager treat employees?") to encourage opinion-centered feedback.

5. Professional Language and Safety Policy

NSideVoice permits negative feedback, including strong criticism, provided it remains professional and non-threatening.

NSideVoice may apply moderation actions including:

  • Automated profanity redaction (e.g., partial redaction format)
  • Removal of content containing threats, hate speech, harassment, discriminatory slurs, or calls for harm
  • Restricting or suspending accounts engaged in repeated violations

6. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that includes or promotes:

  • Threats, violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Defamatory statements presented as factual allegations without basis
  • Personal identifying information about individuals (doxxing)
  • Impersonation or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Spam, coordinated manipulation, or abuse of reporting tools

7. Verification and Trust Measures

NSideVoice may require or offer verification methods to improve trust and deter abuse. Verification may include:

  • Authentication/security methods (e.g., passkeys)
  • Employment verification (e.g., work email, document upload)
  • Light verification for hiring reviews

You consent to the verification processes required for your account level and acknowledge that verification status may affect how your reviews are labeled and whether they contribute to scoring.

8. Anonymous Public Posting; Internal Accountability Signals

Reviews may be anonymous to the public. However, NSideVoice may retain internal security and abuse-prevention signals, such as:

  • Account email
  • Device and session identifiers (hashed where possible)
  • IP logs (stored with limited retention and hashed where possible)
  • Verification status and related evidence metadata

This is intended to protect the platform from abuse and support lawful investigations and policy enforcement.

9. Content Moderation; No Guarantee of Publication

NSideVoice may review, redact, restrict, or remove content at its discretion to enforce policies and protect user safety and platform integrity. NSideVoice does not guarantee that submitted content will be published or remain available.

10. Company Response and Review Disputes

To promote fairness and accountability, NSideVoice may allow:

  • Companies to publish public responses to reviews
  • Companies to flag reviews for investigation under a dispute process

The dispute process may include:

  • Reviewing the reported review for guideline compliance
  • Requesting additional verification from the reviewer when appropriate
  • Redacting or removing content that violates policies
  • Maintaining audit logs of actions taken

11. Manager Name Display and Regional Compliance

Manager names may be displayed only where legally permitted and in accordance with NSideVoice's privacy and compliance practices. Where names cannot be shown, NSideVoice may display role-based or department-level summaries.

12. Disclaimers

NSideVoice is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.

"Reviews reflect individual opinions and experiences."

13. Legal Framework (US-Focused Note)

To the extent applicable under United States law, NSideVoice intends to operate as a platform hosting third-party user-generated content and to apply reasonable moderation and policy enforcement.

This section should be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel, including any references to legal protections commonly relied upon by user-generated content platforms.

14. Takedown and Appeals

NSideVoice provides mechanisms for reporting content, review dispute handling, and appeals where appropriate. The platform may request additional information to evaluate disputes and ensure policy compliance.
