User Agreement

By using NSideVoice, you commit to the following:

• Honesty: All reviews and feedback you submit reflect your genuine, personal experience. You will not fabricate, exaggerate, or misrepresent facts.
• Respect: You will engage with the platform in a professional and respectful manner, even when sharing negative experiences.
• Accuracy: You will only review companies where you have been genuinely employed and will not submit reviews on behalf of others.
• Compliance: You will not use NSideVoice to violate any applicable laws, including employment law, defamation law, or confidentiality agreements.

NSideVoice guarantees that your identity will not be disclosed to your employer as a result of submitting a review. Our zero-knowledge architecture ensures:

• Your name, email, and personal details are never linked to your review in any employer-facing view.
• Employment verification is handled through a one-way cryptographic process — we confirm you work there, but we don't store the link between your identity and your review.
• NSideVoice staff cannot access the connection between your identity and your submitted content.

Important: This guarantee applies to the platform's technical architecture. It does not protect you if you voluntarily include identifying details in your review text, or if you are subject to a valid legal order requiring disclosure.

The Happiness Score is NSideVoice's proprietary metric calculated from verified, anonymous employee reviews. You agree that:

• As an employee, your review contributes to the Happiness Score of your employer.
• As a company, you accept that your Happiness Score is determined solely by employee reviews and cannot be purchased, negotiated, or manually adjusted.
• Companies that fall below the minimum Happiness Score threshold will have job posting privileges suspended until the score improves through genuine employee feedback.
• Attempting to manipulate the Happiness Score through fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or any other means is a material breach of this Agreement.

You retain ownership of the reviews and content you submit. By submitting content to NSideVoice, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content on the platform and in aggregated, anonymized reports. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us.

NSideVoice strictly prohibits retaliation against employees for submitting reviews. Company accounts found to be engaging in retaliatory behavior — including attempting to identify reviewers, threatening employees, or using platform data for disciplinary purposes — will be permanently banned from the platform and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify NSideVoice immediately at contact@nsidevoice.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

If you believe a review about your company is false or defamatory, you may submit a formal dispute through our review dispute process. NSideVoice will investigate and, if warranted, remove or flag the review. We do not remove reviews simply because a company disagrees with the content.

NSideVoice may update this User Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
